Be Well Botanicals sells full spectrum products from hemp which are grown under license from the Oregon and Colorado Departments of Agriculture. All of our hemp products are certified to be under .3% THC through testing. The THC levels in our products are always under .3% as required by the 2014 farm bill and as established as common practice and acceptance in most states. Full spectrum products are NOT THC free - Take only as recommended on the product label. While we ship to all 50 states ordering and receiving this product is at your own risk.

The Flora Sophia products are formulated based on 3rd party lab tests of thier FECO oil. Lab analyses are not an exact science and do not represent a precise true value of what is in an extract or a final product - they represent results of a single lab at a single point in time and can not be replicated exactly across time, or especially, between labs. Knowing this, they do thier best to work in the highest integrity, striving to give customers more than they are promised, formulating thier products with between 2.5-5% more FECO oil than would be required based on our FECO labs. They guarantee thier potency to be within +/- 10% of the values listed on our labels, tested at the same laboratory as a FECO oil sample tested in the same time period. The Phyto Family products are similarly tested. Results are posted with each product listing.
