Hemp & Cannabis have been cultivated and used in India and the Far East for 5,000 years. Originally, landrace strains in Thailand, Jamaica, Mexico and Afghanistan contained nearly equal parts of CBD and THC.

Over the past 40 years, Cannabis strains were bred to have higher and higher amounts of THC for the high-inducing effect.
